Sleep and Society

Our organization has undertaken a comprehensive effort to address the issue of sleep deprivation, which poses a significant public health threat to nearly 50% of the US population. To that end, we have been diligently analyzing institutional agencies within the public health sector to ensure accountability in aiding our efforts. In addition, we have been conducting a thorough evaluation of policies that impact sleep health solutions, intending to make appropriate adjustments that will create lasting positive impacts for future generations. Our ongoing efforts are dedicated to fostering a healthier, more well-rested populace, and we remain unwavering in our commitment to this essential mission. We can't do it alone, and we will need your social capital and pressure to push changes to our health.

About me

In 2018, Nick suffered from a sleep nightmare due to harmful medical treatment. He went without sleep for 17 consecutive nights, which was a record, and it took him several years to recover. He had to be hospitalized multiple times during this period. Despite this setback, Nick did not give up. Instead, he dedicated himself to researching, analyzing, and testing various sleep-related methods for four years. Nick's unexpected inspiration led him back to coaching, and he persevered to become a Certified Sleep Science Coach. Since then, he has worked with clients across various industries, including notable leaders and celebrities. Nick's expertise now extends to serving the C-Suite of both for-profit and non-profit organizations in Boston and beyond. With a unique book on sleep on the way, Nick will tell you he’s just getting started.
